We make each cup FRESH as the customer desires. Within a minute’s time, our state-of-the-art machines instantly freeze all natural liquid base in the bowl into ice cream. Customers are stunned as liquid nitrogen flows into the bowl of natural ice cream base mix, then expands in the air and evaporates in front of customer eyes, leaving behind the fresh ice cream in bowl.
